But I can't find 'unblock' on the backdrop...

Is my Windows seven broken? Is that tin be fixed by Windows System repair using Windows Installation? because, I call back there is a file on my windows seven damaged or corrupted.

Please give me footstep-by-footstep

Hi Chozy,

Please just follow the footstep-by-step instruction under "Resolution" here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/917607. In the first step click on "Windows Help program (WinHlp.32.exe) for Windows 7. In the 3rd footstep y'all cull "If you are using 64 flake Operating System, download and install Windows6.*-KB917607-x64.msu."

Hi,

I would recommend y'all to perform a Clean Boot.

Placing the computer in a Clean Boot state helps in identifying if whatever third party applications or startup items are causing the issue. You demand to perform the steps from the article-

How to troubleshoot a trouble by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

Note: You need to refer to the steps suggested under the section, " How to reset the calculator to outset equally usual later on troubleshooting with clean boot" to get the estimator back to Normal Startup.
